Junta Directiva
The Alliance's bylaws establish a governing board comprised of up to nineteen individuals: twelve at-large members (one of whom must be a vendor) elected by the board at large, two additional vendor representatives elected by vendors themselves, one representative elected by Friends of the Market, two members appointed by Harrisburg City Council, and two members appointed by the Harrisburg Mayor (the Community Development Director or equivalent position and the City Engineer or Public Works Director).

Board members are volunteers who serve three-year terms and are not compensated for their participation on the board.

Paul Gellerman is a local resident of Harrisburg who has enjoyed the Market for many years. His first introduction to the city was through a lunch there. Professionally, he brings over a decade of leadership experience in data, systems, and engineering to the board.
